At LinePulse, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your paid membership.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 1 day of purchase if you have not accessed paid content. After this period, or once content is accessed, no refunds are offered.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 1 day of purchase. Partial refunds for unused months may be considered at our discretion.
  • EU Residents: Per EU law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed paid content (waiving this right upon access).

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us with your subscription details.
  • Refunds are processed via Stripe or PayPal within 90 days.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refunds are available after the 1 day period or if you’ve accessed paid content (unless required by law).
  • Cancellations do not automatically qualify for refunds; see our Terms of Use.
